I ordered * items from Aachoo on September ****. It was an international order so I payed extra for international shipping too but unfortunately only * item was delivered and * never. When i was in India in May,****, I requested them to please ship the articles to me in India and let’s close this. I don’t want the money for shipping. They said only have * article ready and would ship that but for the another one i may select something else of the same price. As I didn’t wanted to wait too long, I ordered the “Ready to ship” articles but they were never shipped. The customer care stopped responding to me, never picked my call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
