I have placed order on **.**.****, ordered two item one item not received in that. immediately raised complaint with customer support simply said restaurant not responding. next day also i am connected with Zomato customer support they reply same answer. I am directly connected with That A*b restaurants they said and share the proof of invoice . they have clearly packed and handed over to Zomato partner, but that partner not delivered both items. cost doesn't matter, how ever customer service very worst. this is not a first time. very worst.
