Mahima Maheshwari filed complaint against Swiggy on Jul 13, 2020
I ordered fruits and vegetables from Swiggy worth INR ****. I recieved only items worth INR ***. I did not receive INR *** worth of items at all. When I contacted customer support, they said they can only refund INR *** amount of money as per policy. This is the money which they have taken and not delivered the items.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
