I ordered from swiggy and many items were missing from the order I ordered a chicken wrap and * burgers and they only delivered the chicken rap then I raised complain through swiggy customer care and I even attached pictures they told me to write a mail I wrote about * - * mails and then I got a reply that nothing can be done from there side and they I can just give a review to the restaurant.
The order was prepared I even have the order slip with me. The restaurant told me that they have given the complete order and there is some issue from this swiggy side only and still I am not getting my money back and it was *** rupees order and i am not that rich that i can just let it go.
Please help
