I ordered * items in Swiggy.Only one Item is delivered, * items are missing. So I immediately called swiggy customer care. I demanded for immediate redelivery of the missing items and their customer care representative has said that they will refund me within **hrs.I have asked for written confirmation through sms that they have initiated refund. the representative said that their chat support will help me out with that. So I have received informed this to chat support also. Inspite of multiple requests from my side they did not initiate any refund. They just passed time by telling me that they need to contact the restaurant.
Meanwhile, I have gone to the restaurant physically and raised issue about this issue. Then owner has affirmatively said that he has sent all * food items that i have ordered.This clearly shows that fault is entirely on swiggy and yet they do not refund my amount.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
