I have order two boxsets and couple of single books from amazon which arrived in two different shipments.
Shipment *: One book ( delivered)
Shipment *: Two boxset and couple of other books out of which only one boxset was delivered and rest books were missing.
I have a proof of delivery guy delivering me the open boxset and attaching you a photo of the only boxset I received with a sticker with bar code of all the products.
All other books were missing from the package
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
