Swiggy - Items missing from my order

On **/**/**** I have order mutton manchuria n * shawarmas
I received the order with both shawarmas missing
Which are worth *** RS
I have immediately raised the issue then after two hours I called again n fought with a customer support named vaibhav for half an hour to talk to higher officials which he finally agreed to arrange
I got a call n then he asked me to hold n the call got disconnected
N i chatted with *-* customer support people and the told I will get a call back in ** hrs.
The next day they didn't call and when I again started chat they are like I will give u coupon of *** and some says a coupon of ** which I denied. And finally they asked me to mail at support@swiggy.in and which I did
And it's been two days and I haven't received any response
Instead of providing me service they are stealing my money
I had to spend like *-* hours just for asking my money back and now mailing them since two days even after that I haven't received any response.
