Yesterday I ordered food from zomato and some items were missing so I contacted delivery boy as well as zomato but nobody addressed the problem. It was so embarrassing in front of my guests and had to order from nearby place to compensate food. Zomato service is so pathetic, they did not do anything about it. Even the bill was missing, seems like one whole packet got missed. I want my complete refund with the apologies.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
