An item with awb ********** was out for delivery to me. But after some hours a message come to me that item is delivered to me although I did not received it. Then I call to given no., they ask me the PIN. I provide the PIN that is already given in the message, but after entering PIN number they say it is invalid PIN. Totally false or misleading information was provided by Ecom Express. I want to lodge a complaint against this courier Ecom Express for hijack my item.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
