Sanchari Banerjee filed complaint against Zomato on Sep 1, 2019
I did not receive my order #**********. Sent mail to Zomato support they forcefully claimed that it was delivered without any proof of delivery. On **th Aug I have placed an order to cake goals but after a long wait when I have not received any update then zomato support told me to call the restaurant but the restaurant did not receive my call.
Next day I sent a mail to zomato support but they did not refund my money and told me that they made a conference call to the restaurant and told me it's delivered. Please look into this issue and do the needful.
