Item is already shipped * days earlier but hasn't been delivered yet. It was expected to reach me by **th June but as of today **th June, it is still not delivered. No updates on my order and pathetic customer support, doesn't reply to any of my request. Is that how I'll be waiting forever on my pre-paid order
