Ajio app - Item received In website it is showing as undelivered for 3 months

I ordered kurta on ajio app in April ****. They have delivered my order in time . I wanted to return as the colour was not matched as shown in picture. In their application it was showing undelivered. I complained to them many times by calling customer care. After * months in June ** I received a notification that your order has been marked delivered. But still in order section it was showing as undelivered . On ** June I again called them and told the whole story. They again told me a date that by **th it will be resolved. Now I feel cheated and harrassed by them. I want my money back as well the compensation for the trauma and safekeeping of their article in my custody.. please help me.
