Divyalatchumi Nakkeerar filed complaint against Ajio on Dec 21, 2020
In my order of * items, two were booked for return and one was for replacement. On the day of picking up the return item, they have picked up all * items. And didn't provide the replacement of the third product because we didn't have the product for replacement. Have complained the same with customer care several times to get refund for the product, and no proper actions were taken.
