N.Sahitya filed complaint against Ajio on Feb 28, 2022
Order was placed on ajio.com on **th jan ****. Expected delivery was *rd feb and then *th and then changed to **th feb ****. I called Ajio CC on **th feb to know the issue and said due to logistical reasons they could not deliver my item and refund will be raised and it will take *-* business days to reflect in my account. On **th feb also there is no refund processed and when i called again they are saying will raise the complaint again. I am worried about amount now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
