Club Factory - Item Not Delivered

Hi,
I placed an order from the Club Factory mobile application on **th October. I had paid for the order in advance.
The courier company delivered the order to someone else, without my consent, and mentioned on the website that it was delivered to me.
The person to whom he delivered the item, did not give the parcel to me, even after asking them for the same.
I have been following with the courier company and the customer support team of Club Factory from various fronts, but no has reached out to me with a amicable solution to solve the problem.

Neither the company has refunded for the item, nor has dispatched a fresh item to replace the old order, neither they have given a satisfactory reply.

Not only it has resulted in financial loss, but also there has been lot of trouble of calling them and following up with them has caused a lot of mental stress.
