I placed an order for a Dell laptop on Amazon on **th Sep which was delivered on **th Sep to me and started having problems by **th Sep
The laptop initially had * issues keyboard backlight was not working and audio speaker was not working
Amazon registered my complaint on **th but never acted on it and I asked for REPLACEMENT which was within their * day window which they never provided
It's been almost * month but I have only talked to Amazon team * times because there is no way of reaching them
I reached out to Dell with extreme difficulty on whatsapp after which they sent engineer * times and repaired the laptop after * weeks
During these * weeks the laptop crashed repeatedly and showed blue screen errors and crashed even during running dell diagnostic software!
Now although the laptop is functioning properly I am in fear what will happen in future and want to file a complaint against Amazon who has not provided the replacement yet
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
