I have not received my order, but it is showing as delivered. I tried to contact customer care but the calls are never answered. I tried to raise a ticket, it says they will reply in ** hrs, but no reply. This is unexpected for such a big company to have least customer support. Hope they will resolve the issue at the earliest.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
