IndiFlashMart - Item not delivered after crossed the delivery timeline

I ordered a laptop on ** Aug ** and promised delivery date is ** Aug **.
But they dont provide item on promised date and it is shown in flipkart order status is received on respective city on ** Aug **. However when o asked to flipkart reason foe delay they said transportation issue just think that if item received pn same city and it is about a matter of ** -** KM then how will be matter of transportation. They are wrong thing in item because item is electronic and city is new delhi.
They are doing fraud thing so that they don’t delivered in expected date.
Pls clearing issue for delaying item it is never know to me in earlier
