IndiFlashMart - Nokia Tab missing from Box seal broken

I have ordered Nokia Tab * gb Ram ** gb rom from Flipkart on **th April **** and on **th I have received a empty box with seal broken and no Nokia Tab inside. I only received a Charger inside. Flipkart shipping Partner told they have delivered the product as it is from the seller. The seller does not want to take responsibility nor Ekart. I have already paid my hard earned money to these fraud. I have raised complaint multiple times and still its pending. They are rejecting my refunds again and again. Today it's *th May ****. I have again raised the complaint with flipkart. I need a resolution, either a Tab or refund of my Amount.
