I bought a Swipe New Slate * * GB RAM ** GB ROM **.* inches with Wi-Fi+*G Tablet (Grey) from Flipkart and there a return policy for * days.

the item i received is defective and not able to use. I submitted for a return request but the return is rejected with reason "Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand." and in Flipkart it shows "Cancelled on Today, Jul ** as issue resolved by troubleshooting"
