I have made a purchase of * items worth Rs. **** from myntra. The order ID is #******* **************. The order was on Cash on delivery. * items including * kurta pallazo sets from Anouk and one kurta from sangariya have been delivered on ** July **** and I have paid Rs. **** to delivery agent. Remaining two items ( * kurtas from Anouk) one is pink and other one is mustard yellow and green kurta were to be delivered to me on ** July **** as per the message I received on July **, ****. When the delivery agent came I took the package and paid Rs. *** for the same. But when I opened the package, only one kurta i.e. mustard yellow was there. One pink kurta has not been delivered to me but the payment has been taken from me as mentioned on the package. Also there is no mention of two items on the paper attached on the package. I tried to call to Myntra delivery person after opening the package and he advised me to raise my concern on Myntra customer care. I raised my concern three times on their app but the same has been closed saying the item has been delivered. Also I requested for call back through help centre but I did not receive any call. This should not happen to the customer. Kindly arrange to resolve my issue. Either Myntra should deliver the pink kurta to me as early as possible or refund my hard earned money.
