My courier from varanasi was dispatched on **.**.**. Till today **.**.**, last update in the website is of **.**.**. When I called the Ranchi ( my place) courier office. Most of the time number is switched off. Somehow when call got connected , the person talks very rudely and blatantly denies delivering to my address. And asks me to collect from office, as he has no manpower. I live in a very good locality, where it is very easy to reach. Upon being asked why he took full delivery charge if he did not have to deliver at doorstep, he openly says , " do whatever you want, I won't deliver"..and threatens to return my courier...
Worst experience with professional courier. Never going to use it
