I ordered a list of items from ElectronicsComp.com and they send a package with one item missing. I immediately called them and they asked to send photo of the items received. I sent the photo of the items received. But they mailed that the item barcode is scanned and item sent which I didnt receive. The item is a DIY kit(not a small part to be missed by me)worth INR ***.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
