I have placard the order from JioMart

Invoice amount:- ₹**,***.**
When received * packet for ** item I have ordered. But once I checked found that
Mother dairy cow ghee *ltr:- *Qty is missing from the order
I have tried to call customer care number but no response
I have written a mail and they have given me the Interaction Reference Number is : *****aFKVQ*A*A*N
But now after * days no respond from Jio
I’m highly disappointed with the way JioMart is dealing with customers
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
