I ordered a Unibic Cooke Delight Gift Pack * (Buy * get *) for the offer price of *** with other items and total amounting to Rs ***. My order was partially delivered and the gift pack was missing. Since the delivery boy does not hand out the order and just keep it at the doorstep, it was difficult to question him about the same. I immediately raised the issue on Milkbasket app but till date no action has been taken on the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
