Soumyajit Mandal filed complaint against Zomato on Dec 3, 2025
On **th Nov **** around *:** PM, I received my delivery for Order #********** from a Biryani outlet. One item was completely missing.
I reported it immediately through chat, got pushed to email, and then… absolutely no response. Not even an acknowledgement.
Honestly, this kind of behavior from Zomato feels scam-like. They know most people won’t chase small refund amounts, so they simply ignore the complaint. If this is how they operate on “small issues,” imagine how much money they quietly make by not resolving them.
I’ve already requested deletion of my personal data before uninstalling the app. After this experience, I no longer trust them — the whole process feels shady, careless, and downright unethical.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
