I have a complaint regarding the order #***************. Order included Plain Naan(*), Tandoori(half), Alu Mutter Curry(*), Laccha Paratha(*).
Issues with the order.
*. Order was late as the delivery partner took a longer route.
*. Aloo matar curry item was missing from the order.
*. Roti and naan became cold and hard making it difficult to consume.
*. Chicken tandoori was stale and poor in quality.
*. I was issued Rs.*** for the missing item which is significantly less than the charged amount and the overall food experience was pathetic.
I paid a total of Rs.*** for a horrendous experience in the night and could not get a prompt response from swiggy support.
Kindly look into this matter and provide justice on the same.
