Dear DELHIVERY Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent delivery, AWB #*************. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that the item inside was missing.
I have been disheartening to experience. I have already reached out regarding this matter on multiple occasions but unfortunately have not received a satisfactory resolution.
I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt investigation into the missing item. I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding the steps being taken to address this issue.
