Bhanu Pratap shahi filed complaint against Amazon on Jun 30, 2020
I had ordered phone on **th June ****. I received a dead phone and then tommorow technical department had verified that the phone was dead on arrival. But my pickup was cancelled almost * times. Than without any tracking ID my phone was picked up. And till now I had called more than ** times to Amazon customer service but they don't provide any needful help. They just make me fool every time by just saying please wait for *-* days. And now today they told me to wait till ** July.
I m frustated now.
