Domino's India - Item is not delivered and my money is gone

I have ordered * items from. DOMINOS INDIA.Panner makhani regular pizza.. Farmhouse medium pizza and one Tikka masala veg pasta.I haven't received Tikka masala veg pasta is not received.I have contacted outlet and no one is answering calls.later one guy called and said no refund can be done but we can deliver item and insaid ok now its already been ** hrs and no delivery of the item happened. I called him couple of times but not receiving the order..They are looting money like this
