Zomato sales team called me to purchase their gold membership and told me how to use it. But never told me that they will use my name which is on my Gmail and not the one on my Zomato profile and hence it got activated on my nickname now they say I can use it as my name on membership doesn't match with ID proof and I even can't change it. So now I am left with this useless gold membership.
All I want to say why they haven't mentioned it earlier or told me about the same if it's that important.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
