Abhinay Mandava filed complaint against Airtel on Aug 6, 2020
I took airtel connection in Dec **** and I paid for * months, I renewed again in the month of June/July, after renewing the speed I'm getting is ** MBPS hardly. The connection I opted for is *** MBPS, I raised a complaint many times, everytime the reply was same, "our team will contact you". They did contact me and asked to check the speed. At that time I'll get around **-**MBPS again after *hrs the result will be same. ** MBPS. When I contacted them to deactivate the service and refund the amount, they mentioned as "Moving to another area where they doesn't provide service." I again contacted them through twitter asking for a help to resolve the issue, they called me and said they'll look into it. Infact the next day I got a call saying the issue was resolved. Again today I started facing issues. Not happening, I want to file a complaint against them. My registered mobile number with airtel is **********. The last service request number the airtel provided is *********.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
