I had opened a business a/c on PayUmoney by submitting the required documents. After that I tried about *-* transactions, which went through smoothly through the entire process. However, later the portal dashboard kept showing errors in my documentation. But by then I had started transacting through my website on the portal and now a huge amount is stuck with them. I have tried contacting them through emails and through the help desk on the portal, butthereisno resolution till date.They only keep on raising various issues with the documentation. I have also requested them to close the a/c and transfer the monies to me but looks like they are upto siphoning off my monies.Kindly help as they do not have any helpline number too.
