Payu Money - Document verification pending since 2 month

More than a month i have this issue pending. Have three raised ticket in the pending list.
I have talked to customer support three times, but no results.Now i am not getting any reply from your side.
I have implemented the payment gateway in my site ,my client whole business depends on it,and due to this delay i am in a big loss.My client is afraid of asking me status of it. He stopped my payment, and threatening me of giving negative review.
I am clueless now. Everything is verified but only two documents remaining.
