On **th March ****, I made a payment of Rs ****.** through PayU Money for recharge of my Reliance Jio mobile no. **********. The amount got debited from my State Bank of India (SBI) savings account, but I received an email from Jio stating that my payment attempt was "unsuccessful". I checked with SBI and they confirmed that my payment had successfully gone to PayU Money, sharing with me the Transaction No. I then took up with Jio who confirmed that they have NOT received any such payment from PayU, and also indicating that the payment might have gone to some other merchant. When I took up the matter with PayU, they confirmed that they had received the money from me, but refused to give me the details of the merchant to whom the corresponding payment was made by them, if at all. In effect, the amount had been debited from my SBI account, was received by PayU, but was not subsequently paid to Reliance Jio (as claimed by Jio).
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
