Devendiran K filed complaint against Airtel on Feb 15, 2021
Activated international roaming pack on **th December. Customer care executive confirmed that the pack was activated before leaving India. After reaching international borders started receiving sms that roaming pack was not active. Called Customer care and they confirmed again it’s activated and I can start using. But used to get continuous sms that my daily limit had expired. When called customer care again they said the pack was not activated properly and a daily pack was activated and reactivated the right pack.
I have informed them that i shouldn’t be charged for their mistake, and they confirmed that they will inform the same to the back end team.
But when I received the bill the changes was not made and also after several complaints they haven’t waived the amount. Also they said they have waived late payment charges, but I did have a standing instruction on my credit card for airtel.
Now they have closed the complaints without my consent and I have raised a new complaint.
I kindly request you to help me on resolving this issue.
