I cancelled an e-ticket (PNR **********) in IRCTC on ** -**-****. Refund amount of Rs *** is not credited yet in my bank account. I tried calling IRCTC customer care but the issue couldn't be resolved. Finally, I wrote an email regarding the issue to IRCTC. They asked me to send my bank account statement for verification and I did the same. I was told to wait for a few days as they have forwarded the issue to the concerned department. I waited for three days and there is no response. Really fed up the kind of response delivered by IRCTC.
