Ajio doesn't value customer time and money. Even after the product is picked up status is not updated in the Ajio application and refund is not initiated.
Products on Ajio have some or the other issue and return process have issues all time and resolution time is more than a month and customer have to back to back communicate the Ajio helpline for getting refund. Very much disappointed shopping on Ajio application.
