I have booked a bus ticket from Pondicherry to Bangalore on **th Nov **** but that ticket is not generated and the amount is debited from my account I have raised a complaint to customer care they asked me to share all the transaction bank statement I have shared everything through the mail but still no proper response from them
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
