Vivek filed complaint against Timbl Broadband on May 24, 2019
Timbl ISP in Gurgaon is providing pathetic support. Low Bandwidth & toggling Internet connectivity are regular issues. After raising complaints they fakely resolve the complaints and many times don’t reopen the tickets. Multiple times I have faced issues whereby my internet doesn’t work for a week. The average is *-* days.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
