Policy Bazaar - Irresponsible work

Hi had purchased policy from Policy bazaar executive responded very well while purchasing the policy but after purshase the policy document was not received one time so when I contacted them for the same there was no response given and called them continuously once they received my call I told them the same that you people are not responding on time that time the behaviour of the executive was very rude and his name is Praveen from Bangalore Dommmalur office this people will miss guide to the customers more over I called his manager her name is Heena even that lady also not responded at that time.
