Hi Team,
I am from Namakkal, TamilNadu. I am currently working in Mumbai, Maharashtra. I was using this number for last *+ years. Suddenly the sim card stopped working from Jan *. I tried calling your customer care and the remedy was to replace sim card in nearby airtel store. I went there the store in Chakala, Marol. They were telling your SIM belongs to Tamilnadu circle, so you have to go to Tamilnadu to get it replaced. Then I lodged my complaints in Twitter. After that your customer care representative called me and told it can be done in Mumbai, once he confirmed with concerned person and they promised to resolve the issue before **th Jan'**. But unfortunately I haven't got any further communication, when I tried to reach them they are saying they are working on it, but still nothing progresssing. I am attaching my screenshots along with this mail. Because of my nature of work, I am facing much difficulties without this number. I can't even do Netbanking, My Payments were pending from *th Jan. I request you to kindly look into this issue and resolve it as early as possible.
