Asus - IRRESPONSIBLE AND DALLY ASUS SERVICE CAUSING MENTAL AGONY AND PAIN

I have given my ASUS ROG G *** GT WHICH IS A PREMIUM PRODUCT OF THE COMPANY WORTH ***** RUPEES TO THE ASUS AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE IN THE MONTH OF APRIL AS IT STOPPED WORKING.IT IS A BRAND BEW PRODUCT WHICH IS IN WARRANTY AND THEY AREN'T FEELING RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONDING TO TELL ABOUT WHY ARE THEY WANTEDLY DELAYING THE PRODUCT WHICH WILL MAXIMUM TAKE A TIME OF * DAYS FOR REPAIRING IT.THE SERVICE CENTRE GUYS ARE SAYING THAT THEY DIDN'T GET THE PART THEY HAVE ORDERED FOR MY LAPTOP FROM THE ASUS COMPANY EVEN WITHIN TWO MONTHS .I HAVE CALLED THE ASUS CUSTOMER CARE HUNDREDS OF TIMES.THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS NOTHING IN THEIR HANDS AND SERVICE CENTRE GUYS DEAL WITH PARTS.AND SERVICE CENTRE GUYS SAY THAT THERE IS NOTHING IN THEIR HANDS AND ASUS COMPANY MEMBERS DEAL WITH LOGISTICS OF LAPTOP PARTS. CUSTOMER CARE GUYS ARE SAYING THAT I JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND IF IAM ASKING SERIOUSLY THEY ARE ASKING ME TO DO WHATEVER I WANT EVEN AFTER TELLING THAT IAM GOING TO COMPLAIN IN THE CONSUMER COURT .I HAVE BEEN MENTALLY DISTURBED AND IT CAUSED MENTAL AGONY AND DISTURBANCE TO ME.I HAVE FACED MANY PROBLEMS DUE TO THEIR SERVICE.I HAVE TO BEG SOME OTHERS LAPTOP TO WRITE MY ONLINE EXAMINATIONS..IAM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE OF THE PRODUCT.AND THEY ARE MAKING EXCUSES IN THE NAME OF COVID WHERE THERE IS NO RESTRICTIONS UP TO ** TH DAY WHEN I HAVE GIVEN MY LAPTOP AND FROM ** ST DAY THERE IS RESTRICTION THAT SERVICE CENTRES MUST CLOSE AT ** PM.AND AFTER ** DAYS THE TIME IS EXTENDED UPTO * PM IN AFTERNOON. .I WANT TO ASK THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN SELLING A BRAND NEW PRODUCT EVEN IN THIS COVID AND THEY ONLY HAVE A PROBLEM IN SERVICING A PRODUCT AS THE PRODUCT IS IN WARRANTY AND THEY HAVE TO DO IT FREE OF COST.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE OF ASUS AND FACED MENTAL AGONY AND PAIN DUE TO ASUS PATHETIC SERVICE.
