Alliance Air - Irrelevant excuses

Today ( **st November **** ) Flight no. *I*** got cancelled much after getting security check in Kolkata Airport for the purpose towards Bilaspur. As no other Airlines are running in this route & passengers are to depend on . Reason of cancellation is unknown & quite unprofessional & dissatisfactory. My urge not to provide sir route permission to a single airline which cannot operate thoroughly & the most important point is about the airline which doesn't have sufficient aircraft to cover up. Returning amount is not the solution. To waste time & non-categorical approach is absolutely wrong.
