Alliance Air - Delayed flight

Hello Team,


We had booked a return flight from goa to bangalore and we had to go ahead with alliance air.

Our flight timing was **.** pm as pn * th of july we were asked to come * hours early we were not entertained in baggage checking as well and the. We were boarrd in flight at **:** we were asked to sit on the flight for more then *:** hours with no updates atall and then they asked us to vacate the flight at **:** its *:** now and dey informed us the flight is cancelled called the call center team no valid response.

The services are really poor no responsible person to help us no meals nothing is available.

License for alliance air should be cancelled .
