Alliance Air - False Booking information from Alliance Air

Dear Sir,
I have booked * tickets with "Alliance Air" on **th May **** to travel on **th June, **** from 'Delhi to Jaipur' for myself Pradeep Kumar Bharti(Sr. Citizen-** yrs) and Rudra Thakur(* yrs).
The PNR for the ticket was **-KBK*Q*. The departure time of the flight was ** AM, ** June from Delhi Airport Terminal-*, and arrival time at Jaipur was **:** PM.
I booked the cab from Ghaziabad at *:** AM and reached Airport at *:** AM on ** June, At the airport, we checked with Alliance Air Check-in Counter, but we were told by the airline executive that there has been no flight with departure at ** AM since last * year, The ticket was incorrect and they said that they had informed me about the same, but that SMS came *:** AM on ** June.**** which was quite late to inform a customer for early morning fight.
If there were no departures from ** AM since a year, Customer care of Airlines must had informed at the time of booking the flight i.e. ** May, ****.
On the contrary, I received the confirmation sms from the airline regarding confirmed booking for ** June, **** at **:** AM.
At the airport, there was no satisfactory response/support provided by the Airline's staff regarding this miscommunication.
Due to this I had to face a lot of physical & mental stress/hassle along with a * year old kid. This was the first time that the kid was going to travel by Air and was very excited and kept asking me, " when are we going to board the flight?, as we were preparing for the same for the last one month.
This entire incident left us quite disappointed/dejected and depressed. Had there been information of this cancellation in advance, we could have found an alternate way to travel to Jaipur.
Me being a senior citizen and a * yr old kid had to face a lot of trouble taking multiple modes of transport to reach Jaipur(metro/bus)and instead of reaching at **:** PM, we reached there at *:** PM. There was a lot of mental distress we faced during the trip because of poor communication and negligence.
I would like to request that apart from my ticket refund from the Airlines for the Tickets booked and compensation for mental distress/over and above expenses made for other modes of transport.
Hoping for the speedy resolution against this complaint and necessary action against the Airline Staff, which could save others trapped into this misery.

All the details are attached to all relevant Tickets/SMS and expenses made related to this booking.
