Z Meghana filed complaint against Irctc on May 30, 2024
I have booked * tickets in tatkal * times because the first time app showed an error message and there is no mail confirmation but the amount was deducted and no confirmed ticket in "my bookings" too and the *nd time for another train it was booked successfully.After some time when i opened the app the bookings were made for both the trains.
I am at a huge loss due to app errors.As it is software error i believe i need to get complete refund.
