IRCTC - IRCTC refunds not received

I had three transactions with IRCTC. * were failed transactions and * was cancelled ticket. I haven't received refunds for any of them. It's been over * weeks after they processed refunds. Even after multiple emails and calls to IRCTC there is no response from their side. The following are the details.
