Hi,
My train booking against PNR - ********** was cancelled due to the ongoing nation wide lockdown amidst the corona virus outbreak.
However, the refund amount of **** INR is yet not processed since my DoJ was **-April-****.
Kindly share an update that when'll the refund be processed as I'm stuck in Haridwar with my entire family amidst this crisis as I'm unable to return to Kolkata (my native home) and is suffering under financial crunch right now.
