Irctc Indian Railways - IRCTC Refund not received

Hello sir/madam,
My name is Jithin and my PNR number is **********. My train got canceled due to COVID ** problem and I got a message as soon a full refund will be credited to my account in a few days. So I waited and check my transaction daily to check if it's credited or not. And today I check my refund status in IRCTC WEBSITE and it's showing its refunded. But to be honest, it's not credited and I tried calling the helpline but the line is busy and they are not helping, me to solve the issue. Please help
